What information should I include in my enquiry?
The product you are packing, the pack size, the quantity you need per month, and any constraint from your filling line such as an existing neck finish. A photograph of your current pack tells us more than a paragraph of description.
How quickly will I get a response?
We aim to come back quickly with either a quotation or the specific questions we need answered before we can quote responsibly. If something needs checking with a supplier first, we will tell you that rather than guess at a number.
Do you supply small quantities?
We are set up for bulk B2B supply rather than retail quantities. That said, minimums vary a lot by product — a stock shape carries a much lower minimum than an item needing a dedicated mould. Tell us what you need and we will be straightforward about whether it fits.
