What happens after I submit this form?
We read the requirement and come back with either a quotation or the specific questions we need answered first. Where more than one pack would work, we quote both so you can compare rather than pushing a single option.
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product. Standard shapes already in production carry much lower minimums than items needing a dedicated mould. Tell us the size and your monthly volume and we will confirm the minimum for that specific item.
Can I request samples before ordering?
Yes, and for anything non-standard we recommend it. Approving a physical sample against your product and your filling line before bulk supply is the best protection against an expensive mistake.
I do not know the material or neck finish. Can you still quote?
Yes. Tell us what you are filling and send a photograph of your current pack if you have one. Working out the material and neck finish from that is part of what we do — you do not need to arrive with a full specification.
